With the increase in threats globally we are facing on a daily basis, accreditation of event attendees is becoming more crucial. Our accreditation system allows for multiple levels of accreditation to be setup to ensure rigorous security checks are performed on each attendee. With the assistance of our state of the art Artificial Intelligence Software that has been created by our management team and tested in various events and by various security teams, this can be done in the most secure and efficient ways possible.

Our printing platform allows event organisers to print out tags for all attendees who have registered or been uploaded onto their platform. The format including size, design and content depend on the preference of the client and the event. These cards can act as a smart system to monitor the location of all attendees for security reasons using RFID or QR code. These smart tags can also be used to exchange contact info between event attendees. Access control will require the production of these tags.

Tags not only act as an Identification method for a conference/event in the traditional sense but these smart tags also identify the status type – such as media, supplier or a delegate. Distributing tags is always a nice touch for a conference, even simply for delegates to keep as a souvenir.

Our state of the art access control system has been created by our management team. Event organisers can choose any different form of access control to implement according to their conference (RFID, barcode, QR codes, etc). Access control allows you to manage all persons attending access into the venue and also to control different sections of your venue. We have also created an offline synchronisation system that does not require internet access to function. Access control also works as a monitoring system for all attendees.

Our Accommodation Management platform allows attendees to book hotel rooms online. The online platform has multiple accommodation options, not only in terms of organising the selected accommodation venue but also in terms of room type (this can also be capped depending on the rooms available). The system will not only act as an event accommodation organising tool for the organisers but will also be connected to venue/hotel system to ensure data correctness. This allows a smooth registration and accommodation booking that can be easily monitored.

Point of Sales

Revenue generation is of utmost importance to any event. We offer the latest in smart iPad POS systems available allowing for seamless integration between the POS and the event making it easy and friendly for delegates to make use of the revenue generation facilities.

We offer a customised customer care system that allows the client to manage and monitor any queries on their event (phone, email and social media) in the most efficient and cost saving way possible. The platform allows you to flag all communication in an organised manner.

One of the biggest issues in conferences is communication with attendees. This can be frustrating for attendees who are trying to get in touch with organisers.

Hardware
